Over the past decade, I’ve worked in private investment, consumer products, logistics, and high-growth environments, helping organizations scale through better systems, financial clarity, and execution.Currently, I serve as Head of Finance & Administration at IceCap Cold Storage, where I oversee finance, HR, and administrative systems, with a focus on helping the organization scale operationally while improving visibility, accountability, and EOS-based execution. I’m also a Co-Founder of Frango, an AgTech startup exploring AI-driven monitoring systems for the poultry industry through computer vision and behavioral analytics.Some of the work I enjoy most includes building scalable operational systems, improving financial visibility and decision-making, improving accountability and communication across teams, turning complex problems into executable processes, and helping leadership teams align around clear priorities.
