ABOUT PABITA KISTER

Pabita is a Strategic Innovation Designer at EY Innovation Germany and a Sustainability Consultant at EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS).As a Strategic Innovation Designer she uses the Design Thinking Method to create and test her hypothesis for AI-Agents related to Circular Economy, and hosts regular AI Training Programs at EY.As a sustainability consultant she supports listed DAX companies in identifying, implementing, and monitoring sustainability strategies - thereby bridging regulatory requirements and strengthening long‑term resilience. Furthermore, she has conducted non‑financial sustainability audits aligned with the CSRD and ESRS.She is known for her pursuit of strategic innovation, which includes her role in creating the EY ESRS Chatbot and ideating a several of potential AI ESG-Use Cases. Her track record of co-founding three start-ups, which have won a series of entrepreneurship prizes, further illustrate her passion for innovation and impact.Outside of work, Pabita continues to expand her understanding of circular design, systems thinking, and tech‑enabled sustainability, by connecting with NRW\'s Community and her Alumni Networks from the University of St. Andrews and the University of Maastricht.
