   Spearheaded the design and execution of the MSME Competitiveness Programme- Raising and Accelerating MSME performance (RAMP) by developing a comprehensive SIP to drive MSME transformation, enhance market access, and promote sustainability for the U.T of Puducherry to impact MSMEs in the U.T.• Conducted extensive literature reviews, surveys, and field visits, engaging with industry associations, financial institutions, and government departments to gather critical insights and empirical evidence for the SIP with a budget of INR 70 cr.• Focused on creating an impact on the focus sectors of Puducherry including Tourism, Automotive, Food Processing, Plastic.• Came up with innovative projects such as having a food festival, international beach games, safe and sustainable beach practices, increase performance of the fisheries industry in the U.T. to increase the overall economy in the state. • Worked on detailed project reports for states like Coimbatore, Jhansi, Rajasthan, and Sindhudurg in setting up technology centers and assisting the ministry of MSME in enhancing the defence industry in the country and creating jobs for individuals• Worked with Export Promotion Council for Handicraft to enhance the export scenario of handicrafts from Rajasthan from CAGR 2% to 6% through technological upgradation strategies• Implemented a strategy for the PMVIKAS project for the MoMSME to help below-poverty-line workers set up their businesses and increase productivity across different sectors.• Created a 6-tier performance enhancement strategy for the Government of Uttarakhand to improve overall economy of tier 2 & tier 3 cities in the state.
