About Paarth Shah

I didn’t start with a grand plan- I started with a problem. In my undergrad, I co-founded a cloud kitchen to make homemade healthy food more accessible. We didn’t have much- just a whiteboard, some late nights, and a relentless focus on customer feedback. That experience taught me what no textbook ever could: how to build something real, from scratch, that people actually care about. Since then, I’ve followed that same mindset—build with purpose, iterate fast, and stay close to the user. I’ve led product strategy at an Ed-Tech startup, built AI tools to detect online racism, designed a Parkinson’s tremor detection app (now patented), and worked on tons of projects in the healthcare, Technology, and Fintech industries. Right now, I’m at Columbia, diving deeper into tech strategy, innovation, and behavioral economics. I’m curious about how products shape behavior, how systems scale, and how data can be used ethically to drive impact. I thrive on collaboration, creative problem-solving, and turning ambiguity into impact. Always open to conversations around product innovation, tech strategy, and data-driven growth.
