ABOUT PAANII ANSAH-KOFI

Paanii\'s work engagements are focused on strategic software developments that holistically enhance the end-user experience. Believing in design as a critical differentiator for products and services that compete in an ever-more globalized marketplace, he has a very complimentary background of equal parts art and science. Whether leading on visual design patterns, prototyping, heuristic analyses, or managing the Agile delivery process, he’s been a key contributor in delivering sleek, highly-usable experiences in both B2B and B2C contexts alike across a slate of SaaS applications in the Healthcare space and beyond. With 10 years of diverse experiences under his belt, including as team lead and as an embedded client consultant, he’s additionally proven his ‘full-stack’ design chops with initiatives like performing UI audits (of front-end assets & architecture) and helping to revamp and/or establish design systems from scratch. These have, of course, gone hand-in-hand with client-facing activities (such as hosting workshops and giving presentations) to implement brand positioning and go-to-market strategies more directly. Finally, being as multifaceted - and fluent in three languages - it’s safe to say he appreciates the value of effective code-switching! Believing strongly in its potential to balance the unique demands for both technical literacy and emotional intelligence, he’s been something of a pioneer at leveraging it to facilitate clean solutions while always staying true to core creative values.
