My areas of expertise are retail banking regulation and consumer finance, compliance management systems, identification and mitigation of unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices (UDAAP), risk management, and corporate governance. In my work as a regulatory advisor, I have worked with companies in all retail banking product and payments markets, with different business models, and ranging in scale from start-ups to global financial institutions. Prior to joining Chain Bridge Partners to help develop a consumer financial services practice, I was one of the first employees of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where I was an attorney in the Enforcement and Regulations departments and helped the agency\'s senior executives develop and implement strategic, operational, and policy priorities.
