Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Infrastructure: 1.Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure data pipelines for healthcare applications. 2.Develop and optimize data storage solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and operational databases. Ensure high availability and performance of data platforms. Data Processing & Integration: 4.Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and processing diverse healthcare data (e.g, EHR, claims, IoT). 5.Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources into a unified platform. Compliance & Security: 6.Ensure data processing, storage, and access comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. 7.implement robust security practices, including encryption, access control, and audit logging. Leadership & Collaboration: 8.Lead a team of data engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. 9.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. 10.Act as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals.
