As a Sr. Learning and Development Leader at Jefferson Lab, I lead the design and delivery of tailored training programs that meet specific organizational needs. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, talent development and coaching, I have enhanced leadership effectiveness through personalized coaching sessions, direct focus on skill advancement and strategic goal attainment, and assist with change management. I am passionate about creating scalable and effective learning strategies that foster change management, utilize AI, facilitate strategic planning conversations and plan development along with creating unique team building sessions for groups of various sizes.
