Most HSQE systems are compliant.Very few actually control risk.After 30 years working across military operations and corporate risk environments, I\'ve seen the same pattern in every highly regulated industry: organizations build systems that satisfy auditors but ask people to compensate for what the system doesn\'t do. That gap - between what a system says and what it actually enforces - is where most serious failures originate. Not non-compliance. Accumulated partial compliance.At JVAT, I lead AIMS (AI Management Systems)- our AI-powered approach to building HSQE Management Systems that move beyond compliance to genuine operational resilience. We work with operators in maritime, defence, aviation, and other high-consequence environments where the cost of a weak system isn\'t a finding.
