Role: Review of design and validation on different DC infra configurations ( N+N, N+1, N+2C) Handling of Factory acceptance test of DC infra equipment’s and implementation of projects on time. Review and execution of pre-IST and IST script for project handover to customer. Optimization of power and utilities by reviewing daily PUE (Power utilization effectiveness) data and Energy management. Ensuring end to end automation setup in the DC system-MEP AMC and vendor management. Material/Spares inventory management. Preparation and implementation of site specific SOP & EOP. Review of daily, weekly and monthly DC infra reports. CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation on annual basis. Handling critical CRMS (Change request management system) activities without any impact on DC load operations. Optimization of DG running by making HT Tie auto operation between HTS1 & HTS2. Optimization of fuel in the view of carbon footprint reduction. DC rack space and capacity management in infra front. Physical security gadgets & control. Conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring of safety compliance. Handling multiple customers without effecting matrix.
