SPG is a partner owned real estate development company that consists of 25 people with offices in Oslo and Stockholm. SPG invests in and develops real estate projects in Scandinavia. We invest together with our investors, and strong focus on an aligned business model. Main focus areas are Residential Development and Care Properties. Responsible for the investment committee, all internal business reviews, bank lending and investor contact. Executed and implemented large transaction structures so far and brought on board some of the major private investor groups in Norway and Sweden. We have finalised more than 3.500 apartments and have a portfolio under development of more than apartments.
