   custom individualized design is what makes a design truly unique and relevant for the client\" Ozzy Kim from Ozzykdesigns came from a hospitality and service industry background in Honolulu, Hawaii where he was exposed to many different facets of cultures and lifestyles. His initial interior design background was developed and honed in Las Vegas with an emphasis on hospitality, and ranged in locality from the United States, Australia, and Asia.After working at an architectural firm the decision was made to start his own firm. Thus, Ozzykdesigns llc was born. Incorporating the client\'s needs, the design is tailored to their aesthetics with sophistication and a bit of whimsy. Services typically include but are not limited to: conceptual drawings, construction documentation, ff & e, specification, budgets, timelines, procurement, project management, and coordinating with other trades (i.e. architects, contractors, and various trades.)
