I lead Sales Operations at Alignment Health, focused on scaling Medicare Advantage through telesales, broker distribution, and retention strategies. My role sits at the intersection of growth and execution—overseeing telesales, retention, agent onboarding, and operational infrastructure that supports scalable expansion across multiple markets. Over the past decade, I’ve helped build and grow our telesales organization, improve conversion and retention performance, and develop systems that enable both agents and internal teams to operate more efficiently. I’m focused on building teams and processes that scale—while keeping the member and agent experience at the center.
