Along my 15 years of my career, I was in charge of the physical design flow for SOC devices and IPs, from Netlist to Tape out. I have successfully done many tape out despite the fact that I was always confronted to more and more challenges like the performance, the area, the power consumption, the DFM, the technology and the schedule. My experiences with different companies enable me to develop and achieve a strong knowledge on the implementation flow and tools, as well as good relationship with all teams and the EDA tool vendors.
