About Ozias Tumimana
I\'m a Computer Science student at the University of Washington who loves to problem-solve. To me, coding feels like solving a series of riddles. It’s a process that keeps me engaged, constantly learning, and genuinely excited about building things.This passion drove me to take a command-line Java project from my data structures class and transform it into something real that I could share. I taught myself full-stack development to build my proudest accomplishment: a fully-deployed, UW-themed Connect Four game. I architected the entire system, from a containerized Java/Spring Boot REST API to a responsive JavaScript frontend, and managed the full deployment to the cloud using Docker. It was a project with both technical depth and a bit of personality! In addition to building, I enjoy helping others as a CSE Teaching Assistant, where I mentor over 30 students in core concepts like Data Structures and OOP. I\'m actively seeking a Software Engineering internship for Summer 2026 and would love to connect with professionals and learn about new opportunities.
