Drive process intelligence and digital transformation.* Lead and support cross functional process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across multiple business divisions in support of strategic and operational efficiency efforts.* Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives that drive for scalability, efficiency and enhanced internal and external customer experience across the organization.* Conduct current state assessment of business processes, design future state and drive improvements through variance reduction, waste elimination and standardization.* Partner with HR PMO, HRIS, IT, WPS, Security, Product Security, and Finance teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.* Facilitate regional and global process discovery workshops to support larger global initiatives.* Educate, mentor and support functional leaders on the operational excellence and process improvements tools, methodologies and techniques.* Leverage data and metrics to inform processes prioritization and functional roadmaps.* Facilitate and support business case development process to identify and quantify the impact of changes on various functions and processes throughout the company.* Establish and maintain best in class process repository for all core processes.* Develop process performance metrics. Measure the outcomes and outputs of process improvement and system implementation initiatives and leverage analytics and insights to inform the business.* Advocate for the use of process improvement philosophies and tools.* Provide ad-hoc process excellence support and expertise.
