As an interdisciplinary design leader with a diverse background in product design, technology, TV/film, and business, I bring a unique perspective to the product creation journey. My 13+ years of experience have given me a breadth of knowledge to tap into different skill sets and approaches to solving everyday problems with design solutions that move our lives forward. I am interested in a wide range of opportunities, from supporting platform and product teams to AI, data, or exploring something completely new and out of my comfort zone.I have a strong track record of scaling and managing a high-performing team of designers and successfully fostering individuals’ growth.I always lead with technical limitations in mind, and I thrive independently and in collaborative team environments. Our mission is to build composable, scalable features that integrate seamlessly across Adobe’s expansive ecosystem—from Digital Experience (DX) to Digital Media (DMe) — enabling users to be more productive and creative, no matter where they are in their workflows.Working within a large, matrixed organization, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and research to drive cohesive, user-centered experiences across multiple portfolios.
