   o Aided in the layout development for the Roadrunner project as Layout IE in Q1’22 then in Q2’22 started on the AC role and was hands on for the execution of the construction of RA41 and MSB2 factories.o Teamed with Intel FCE, A&E firm, and construction vendors in planning/execution of base build scope in RA41 and MSB2. Aided in problem solving on issues related to field/code limitations.o Worked closely with a wide array of cross-functional groups including AMHS, BCD, PCD, Exhaust, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural teams during factory planning and setup.o Chaired Manufacturing Readiness Team meetings assimilating all modules, manufacturing leads, and safety through ‘22 and ’23 to ensure factories are ready for startup.o Managed and led the installation of 100+ tools in MSB2 to support Hybrid Bonding technology.o Ensured tight collaboration between A&E design firm, tool owners, install vendors in tool design and install execution, set priorities and tracked completion within contract boundarieso Investigated roadblocks and applied technical expertise in multiple engineering disciplines to help troubleshoot and problem solve in various issues encountered during tool installs.o Provided daily instruction to diverse set of teams to achieve program level milestones and continuously reprioritized deliverables to meet strategic needs.o Delivered weekly MSB factory status review to executives and department leads, providing accurate picture on health, concerns, financials, and help needs on the project.
