PhD in Mechanical Engineering (with focus on Mechatronics) possessing 10+ years of leadership and management experience in the photolithography/semiconductor industry. During my ongoing tenure at ASML, I have covered all three facets of leadership: I have been the technical lead (architect role at ASML) on various mechatronics projects. I have been a cross-sectoral project manager for a team of 30+ engineers (in-house and farmout), responsible from design to manufacturing and field service. I am currently a first line engineering manager leading a mechatronics team responsible for the next generation Reticle Handling modules.Other ways to describe myself: A good team player who can bridge the gap between different disciplines in a complex project. Can analyze a problem from various angles, and judge the trade-offs between conflicting design and business parameters. A natural leader and team builder with strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude. Has sense of ownership, and instinctively fills the gaps (through delegation or and/or execution)
