About Kemal Ozen
I focus on improving how hotels forecast, distribute, and make revenue decisions, with an emphasis on systems that actually work day to day.My background is in hospitality distribution, forecasting, and business intelligence. I spend most of my time simplifying complex data flows, standardizing systems, and building reporting that operators can trust. The goal is always the same: better decisions, faster, with less noise.More recently, I’ve been actively working on applying AI to revenue and forecasting workflows. That includes building and testing custom tools for STR analysis, Marriott task applications, performance summaries, forecasting support, and internal decision-making. I’m less interested in AI as a concept and more interested in where it meaningfully reduces manual effort and sharpens judgment.
