Cenk Ozdemir leads PwC’s CIO Advisory practice, helping CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and CISOs develop strategies that drive measurable value from technology. His work focuses on embedding GenAI and agentic capabilities into operations, transforming talent for an AI-enabled workforce, strengthening cost, risk, and data governance, modernizing core platforms, and accelerating revenue through new digital products & services.Cenk also serves as a senior advisor to client executives across key PwC accounts. He supports PwC firms around the world in scaling their technology consulting capabilities and enhancing the coordination and delivery of complex global transformations.Previously, Cenk led PwC’s Technology Consulting P&L, overseeing eleven technology platforms and services. His portfolio included ERP, SaaS, Cloud/Hyperscaler practices, Data/Analytics & AI, Tech Strategy, Tech Operations, and Emerging Technologies. He also drove initiatives in cloud strategy and innovation, technology architecture, software and product engineering, and ecosystem partnerships.Cenk directed the acquisition and seamless integration of four technology consulting firms, expanding PwC’s market presence and adding critical service capabilities.He also spearheaded the development of an AI-enabled delivery methodology, established a centralized solutioning organization, and introduced a new quality management framework to support PwC’s global consulting operations.As the Chief Strategy Officer, Cenk helped shape PwC’s three-year consulting strategy, launched and scaled a new Managed Services P&L, and built a comprehensive Alliances Strategy with key ecosystem partners—unlocking new revenue streams and enhancing global delivery capabilities.Prior to PwC, Cenk spent 25 years at Accenture, where he was a Senior Managing Director. He held leadership roles across both technology services and industry verticals, including 18 years in tech and 7 years in the Communications, Media & High-Tech (CMT) industry vertical. He also managed major client relationships and P & Ls, and served as Managing Director of Accenture’s South Florida offices, overseeing growth, operations, talent, and market presence.
