   I lead the International Society to Advance Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment (ISTAART), a global network supporting over members across 125 countries. I drive strategic vision, operational excellence, and programme growth, advancing the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission to accelerate global dementia science.I oversee governance and compliance across 30+ scientific and professional committees. I develop and scale virtual and in-person educational programmes, fostering member engagement and professional development for the next generation of dementia researchers and clinicians.I cultivate strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, research institutions, and global organisations to drive collaborative scientific initiatives. I collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, digital strategy, and IT teams to enhance member experience and amplify programme reach. I manage annual budgets and ensure alignment with key performance indicators and the organisation’s strategic priorities.I also coordinate the Association’s portfolio of international scientific conferences, including the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC), strengthening its leadership in global dementia research, knowledge dissemination, and equitable access to science.
