Assist in coordinating onsite health screenings and educational initiatives, including but not limited to nutrition, asthma, and cancer prevention programs- Engage with community members directly to promote health resources particularly in food and foster trust- Facilitate collaboration between healthcare providers and community organizations- Assist with the collection and analysis of data related to community health program participation and outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods- Compile qualitative and quantitative findings for program evaluation reports- Support the preparation of materials, such as reports, for Age Friendly Westerly and the Health Impact Collaborative- Assist with coordinating and planning meetings- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations- Work with community members to identify barriers to healthcare access, including insurance, transportation, and trust in healthcare- Help develop strategies to enhance community trust and engagement in health initiatives- Collaborate with volunteers and partners to address challenges and improve service delivery- Assess the effectiveness of current programs and identify opportunities for improvement- Contribute recommendations to enhance sustainability and outreach for future initiatives.
