About Owen Turnbull
I have 10+ years experience leading teams to deliver sales, margin and working capital improvement for distributors and retailers in both industry and consulting, and across both Asia and North America.I recently joined QXO as VP of Sales & Operations Planning.Prior to QXO, I was a Principal at BCG leading teams serving Consumer/Retail clients on Supply Chain and Procurement programs across both strategy and value delivery.I began my career on Jardine Matheson\'s Executive Trainee (JET) program with a variety of Supply Chain and Finance roles at DFI Retail Group (formerly Dairy Farm Group) which is a pan-Asian, multi-format retailer. My last role was as Head of Supply Planning for the Dairy Farm Group\'s Grocery and Health & Beauty businesses in Hong Kong & Macau. The JET program had the objective of training CEOs to lead group businesses in 10-15 years through job rotations across industries, countries and functions as well as financial training (CIMA), an in-house leadership development program and extensive mentoring and coaching.I\'m a Chartered Management Accountant and speak Spanish.
