My professional journey began as a paperboy for the Daily Journal. Even as a kid, I dreamed big, driven by a desire to work hard and take on more responsibility. At just ten years old, I transitioned to delivering for the Chicago Tribune. Fast forward to post-college, I joined RV Evans Company in industrial sales, which laid the foundation for my career in business and leadership.Transitioning to executive search career with New Directions, I discovered a passion for connecting companies with exceptional talent. This experience ultimately paved the way for my current role as President of JobFormance, a talent acquisition firm.Throughout my career, I’ve focused on operational excellence and client service.
