I supported non-clinical development by establishing ELN and SharePoint systems that ensured SOP consistency, HTA compliance, and full data traceability, directly enabling data room preparation and audit readiness. I co-authored multiple technical reports and an investor-facing summary, translating R&D outputs into clear, strategy-aligned materials to support due diligence. I led vendor selection activities, authoring and managing RFI/RFP processes to evaluate potential CRO partners and secure a discovery partner with appropriate commercial and IP terms. As a co-founder, I helped shape the scientific vision and research strategy, contributing to the effective use of pre-seed funding, while regularly presenting progress and strategic considerations to senior leadership, board members, and external collaborators to unlock milestone-based funding. Operationally, I worked closely with leadership to establish cost-effective laboratory capabilities, define team policies for shared project ownership, and implement high-throughput approaches that enabled rapid iteration, evaluation of a large number of constructs, and timely achievement of company goals. I also implemented and maintained processes for managing CDAs and invention disclosures, supporting IP protection during external engagements.
