This includes providing technical support, sales disclosures, trainings on the latest product developments and polyethylene fundamentals/applications.I champion new product development for key polyethylene resins across films and rigids applications. I foster robust collaborations across multidisciplinary project teams, including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Process R&D, and Catalyst R&D with the goal to ensure a healthy innovation pipeline of the businesses.In addition to this, I partner with Process R&D to design and conduct DoEs for scaling up new products at pilot plant and commercial reactors.
