Product Owner for pricing & margination services within Global Trading. Working in partnership with an Engineering Manager to lead an Agile engineering squad through the product delivery lifecycle- Responsible for leading the validation & discovery of new initiatives within the squad- Defining & documenting the current status, success metrics & high-level requirements- Represent the customer within the squad maintaining a deep expertise of the squads product / capabilities- Monitoring the performance of products / capabilities to ensure users can meet their goals- Balance priorities in the backlog & lead through high-level design & refinement process, ensuring ROI is justifiable- Working in partnership with the Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, Lead Product Manager & Senior Engineering Manager to understand strategic direction & OKRs- Championing product capabilities with stakeholders, elicitation & analysis of ideas, leading through problem definition, alignment to OKRs & value estimation- Estimating complexity & supporting the Lead Product Manager with prioritization within the roadmap- Working with the squad to incept the initiative & break this down into iterations of value to form detailed solution design- Leading the squad through delivery breaking down prioritised epics into user stories through refinement to accurately estimate complexity & forecast delivery dates- Monitor & measure the impact of deliverables against the success criteria & communicate this to stakeholders- Supporting the Lead Product Manager & Senior Engineering Manager to manage initiatives involving multiple squads to form alignment between squad roadmaps.
