Laborious was born out of an intention to drive real change and positively effect the lives of those seeking work.At Laborious, our mission is to connect, uplift, and empower individuals in our communities that are in need of work so they can continue to live their lives rather than simply surviving. Human connection is at our core and we believe humans are an essential resource for someone that has lost their means of income and work.The data tells us that we can help people reduce stress and increase confidence when we offer a boost, a shoulder, and an ear, but especially when we offer a connection, a referral, or cover a basic need.
