Coming from a design and invention background, I approach project and operations management a lot like any other design and problem solving process. I start with a need and break it down to see where it goes. While environments that allow for collaboration and free exchange of ideas are my preference, I am also comfortable working on my own.Coming from over 2 decades of experience working with the public in various fields including education, customer service, and in medical administration, I have a broad perspective on how the user experience affects the overall impression of a product, service, or company and try to use it in whatever I am doing.
