TechLink aims to provide Canadian work experience for internationally trained IT professionals, and those with limited Canadian work experience with IT backgrounds, to deliver virtual, technical support to vulnerable groups across Metro Vancouver. The project will provide participants with work experience and skills enhancement in the areas of online customer service support and IT helpdesk services. In turn, this service will benefit vulnerable members of the community who are facing isolation and technological challenges in accessing needed services or support online during the COVID-19 crisis.
