I am a driven undergraduate at the University of Florida pursuing dual degrees in International Studies and Japanese with a minor in Economics. My studies and experiences have fueled a deep passion for global engagement and cultural exchange, and I actively seek opportunities that allow me to connect people and ideas across borders.Having lived abroad for nine years in London and completing a study abroad at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, I thrive in culturally diverse environments and bring a unique global perspective to every team I join. My professional experiences—from supervising and training peers in fundraising at the University of Florida Foundation to interning with Mindset Care LLC in disability advocacy—have strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in both domestic and international settings.What drives me most is my passion for the Japanese language and culture. With advanced proficiency (currently pushing for JLPT N2!) and experience mentoring Japanese learners as a teaching assistant and English conversation leader in Tokyo, I see myself as a cultural bridge, helping people from different backgrounds connect, understand, and collaborate.Looking forward, I am committed to a career that allows me to serve as a liaison between cultures and industries, combining my international experiences, language skills, and passion for building meaningful relationships to create impact on a global scale.
