I am a project and programme manager with 15 years\' experience in capability acquisition within defence and wider government. During my career to date, I have undertaken a number of senior roles in complex acquisition and change programmes, where my technical, commercial and P3M experience has enabled customers to make informed, evidence-based decisions. In 2014 I formed Raptor CSL with co-Director Mike Philip to work with our customers to deliver results at pace and to ensure they achieve tangible returns on their programme investments.
