The CSC has received national awards from U.S. Sailing for its innovative programming and hallmark performance, and is a vital community resource on the Burlington waterfront that provides recreation, education, and access to Lake Champlain for over people each year.Using non-motorized boats – sailboats, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards – participants learn valuable life lessons that instill a sense of ownership in one of Vermont’s most valuable natural resources – Lake Champlain. The CSC is a valuable lakeside hub that provides award-winning programs for over 60 local community organizations, schools, and businesses.
