Led two cross-functional A3 investigations to resolve chronic automation issues across Layer Pick and AOB cells, driving measurable improvements in reliability, pallet quality, and operator experience- Reduced AOB case-fall rates from 0.75 to 0.53 CFPP by diagnosing freight bounce caused by excessive conveyor speed, redesigning conveyor parameters, and supporting PLC logic adjustments to improve EOAT placement accuracy- Executed a site-wide rollout of optimized conveyor settings and operational standards, improving pallet build consistency, enabling more accurate alarm classification, and supporting the AOB line in progressing toward its 1500 CPH productivity target.
