ABOUT OWEN JELF

I am the global lead for the Capital Markets practice at Capco. This covers all of Capco\'s service offerings and business relationships we have with investment banks, broker dealers and market infrastructure organisations. My responsibilities include defining our strategy and managing client relationships, sales, delivery and alliance relationships for our global capital markets business across our consulting, technology and digital offerings. Prior to this I worked at Accenture and held a number of key leadership positions including leadership of the Capital Markets industry and global sales for Accenture Post-Trade Processing, a technology and business process outsourcing solution that helps banks reduce post-trade processing costs and deal with ongoing regulatory compliance. I have held various other roles during my tenure with Accenture, including leading Accenture Trading globally, which helps financial services organizations transform their trading operations front to back.I specialize in delivering major technology and business change programs in the financial services industry. With more than 30 years of experience, I have handled large-scale program management, technology delivery, outsourcing and contracting projects, as well as front-office, operations and enterprise functions in complex global delivery models and across a number of asset classes in both sell-side and buy-side organisations.I hold a degree in Chemistry from St Catherine’s College, Oxford.In my spare time, I enjoy snow skiing, cycling, and windsurfing and have a keen interest in current affairs and politics.
