About Owen Grey

I\'ve spent most of my career specializing in identifying and developing solutions with system, information, or logistical gaps between current reality and the casted strategic vision. My passion for Christian missions continues to increase my motivation to come to work each day and push our organization forward. This had led to a wide range of experiences in multiple fields (strategic planning tools, fiscal management, data/database management, event logistics, systems rollout/adoption, tutorial and training tools, etc) that have given me greater context in how organizations function and how to adapt processes for different people groups. While my technical expertise landed my first executive leadership role, my ability to understand how functions collaborate across the organization was recognized and largely contributed to my invitation to the organizational executive team.
