I\'ve been working in the Tech Talent space since 2015, internal talent acquisition since 2018, and leading talent functions since 2021. I found my true passion when I started leading teams. Helping TA folks grow, learn, and innovate is really where I like to be. That sometimes means getting my hands dirty, which I\'m fine with.Here at Hostaway, I\'ve started an awesome mission of building strong foundations in the TA department. I\'m a nerd at heart, comic books, tabletop RPGs, and video games still occupy a large part of my life. Alongside this, I have full-time dog parent responsibilities, and when I can I love to travel.
