Youth Club Campaign : An initative by Prashant Kishor to increase political Participation of Youth in Politics - Responsible for Planning, ideation, organisizing and End to End Execution of First Ever Youth Club Campaign in Bihar, Now integrated as a Core Unit in the State Campaign and other On-going Campaigns as well- Led a Youth Club Campaign Team of 60 Associate and 20 Local Resource to Establish Clubs in 10 Districts of Bihar 2. Program Cordinator for Jan Suraaj Young Leaders Program - Responsible for Operational, Financial and Performance Management of more than 220 Fellows of JSYLP- Successfully conducted assesment of programatic issues including Planning, Recruitement, training and Experience and implemented Changes. Youth in Politics Initiative - Lead a team of 18 CTMs along with 9 Interns for Outreach to close to 3 lakh YIP Registrants out of 14 lakh total Pool over the period of 3 months through 5 different Event Modules (Prashant Kishor Live, YIP Events in Bihar, LMP Sessions, State wise Panel discussion). Worked to increase social media weekly reach to more than 6 lakh users on Facebook and Instagram. Field Outreach - Worked closely with Leadership team in 3 Districts (Purbo Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur & Pashchim Bardhaman) of West Bengal, conducted mass outreach campaigns for ~ 1.5 crore citizens that helped win 28/40 seats in 2021 Assembly Elections. Stakeholder Management - I-PAC Regional POC for more than 16 MLAs, 2 MPs and other District Party office bearers in the District of Purbo Medinipur. Office of Luizinho Faleiro (Ex-CM of Goa)- IPAC POC for Office of Luizinho Faleiro from September to November 2021. Major Responsibilities included but not limited to, organizing the Outreach Campaign and Strategic Meetings, Daily Minutes to Minutes and Social Media Content Management.
