As part of the Supply Chain & Technology Sustainability Team, I help embed environmental and social sustainability into how Lloyds works with suppliers, sourcing teams, and internal stakeholders.My focus is on delivering creative communications and capability programmes that translate complex ESG goals into action. From strategic messaging and storytelling to supplier training and team engagement, I work to build the tools, campaigns, and moments that make sustainability stick.I lead:• Capability frameworks to empower supplier-facing teams• Communications that bring our strategy and ESG ambitions to life• Engagement with topics like decarbonisation, modern slavery, and nature• Platforms for supplier collaboration and cross-industry learningThis role blends sustainability, creativity, and connection—turning values into impact across our global supply chain.Key achievements: Race to Net Zero: Designed a gamified learning experience for our Executive Supplier Summit, engaging 250+ suppliers with live pledges and interactive ESG content. Supplier Sustainability Connect: Co-led the event delivery and communications for a new supplier event with our Emerald Standard suppliers—bringing partners together to build trust, share learnings, and engage on real-world ESG action. Modern Slavery Training Rebuild: Led the full redesign of our flagship training—developing storyboard, visuals, and comms strategy—to deliver a fresh, engaging approach that drives deeper understanding and accountability across our teams.
