ABOUT OUSSAMA KASSAH
As a former external developer working with SAP, I gained extensive technical knowledge about the tools and languages used in the SAP ecosystem, and continue to improve on what I have already accumulated.I started my SAP experience working on the Data Volume Management module, available with SAP Solution Manager as well as on the cloud. I participated in the development of this module in its Solution Manager iterations of version 7.2 and in the cloud, and successfully provided deliverables that SAP\'s customers can use.Later, in the same effort to continue to enrich my technical skills, I started working as a technical consultant in charge of implementing customer-specific functionality above standard SAP code. This allows me to get better visibility on what is expected from the SAP system, and how users interact with it.I continue to broaden the scope of my SAP knowledge as I participate in the development of a customer management system using SAP Fiori atop the standard SAP CRM infrastructure.
