Current role Sr. Control Engineer @ Charter Steel Working as a control Engineer II at Charter Steel, developing fully automated systems from the infancy stages till the full production and operational stages.completed projects:Drive update and retrofitting, using a G120 drive from siemens, I upgradeted the tapping car drive to accommodate for the new tapping car installation which had a larger capacity Roltec bearing Grease system upgrade: developed the control system hardware and software using step 7 programming Ongoing projects: Siemens control system for a carbon injector to move away from AB current control system this conversion would help process to be better monitored and more up to date with the rest of the Mill Developing a control system for a mega door which includes safety controls for autostartwater treatment update by coverting a multiple valve control from DeviceNet communication to be controled directly by the siemens plc digitally and analog as well
