With over 15 years in maritime industry I have developed a comprehensive approach to managing complex client needs. As Sales Manager at ChartWorld, I specialized in client engagement, ensuring that each interaction aligns with strategic goals. During my time at DNV Maritime Software Solutions and Global Navigation Solutions, I was responsible for training officers onboard vessels and office staff, creating tailored training programs. Additionally, I acted as a communication bridge between customers and developers, gathering user insights and translating them into actionable input for product development—ensuring our solutions met real-world demands and exceeded expectations. Earlier in my career, as a 2nd Officer with Celebrity Cruises, I gained hands-on experience in navigational safety and onboard leadership, providing me with a deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges faced by maritime professionals. Beyond my career, I am a former national-level rhythmic gymnast, an experience that instilled in me discipline, empathy, and self-respect.
