Responsible for the successful delivery and integration of the wooden Joinery works, Theming, Acoustics, Stage Engineering, Sound and Communications, Audio Visual and broadcasting integration, production Lighting systems’ construction phase and activities, budget, compliance, scope definition, construction delivery support, construction coordination, construction quality assurance, construction change order request evaluation and field engineering from inception through close-out of all projects.\\\\n- Deliver the projects effectively and efficiently within a very tight time-frame, as well as, to keep within strict budgets while maintaining a positive environment with the client.\\\\n- Good follow-up of several sub-contractors.\\\\n- Maintain an understandable tracking system for all sub-contractors’ work progress.\\\\n- Track and Evaluate Sub-contractors\' work processes.\\\\n- Manage the day-to-day working progress, the utilization of the technical consultants engaged on the client assignments, from ensuring the correct material delivery before the start of any activity, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.\\\\n- Developing deliverable tight targets as a roadmap for various subcontractors.\\\\n- Set up specific goals, signed-off by the client and their follow-up to meet the targeted goals.\\\\n- Reviewing the contractual conditions of performance.\\\\n- Keeping the directors and client in the loop giving them daily and/or weekly reports of the job status, equipment, policies and upcoming procedures and tasks.\\\\n- Attending coordination meetings with the client, consultant and subcontractors.\\\\n- Ensure full coordination with various disciplines (electrical, mechanical, LC Systems and Architecture).\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
