For me, leadership is not a position, it\'s an attitude. Throughout my career ( in Morocco and now in Canada), I usually find myself in positions where I am initiating change, movement, and leading by example. I am not interested in succeeding alone; I deeply and whole heartedly believe that one\'s success is intertwined with everyone\'s success around them. These are few questions that fuel me : How do you show up? What difference do you make in other people\'s lives on a daily basis? How can you do something better/differently? And, most importantly - What can you learn today?
