I am a policy analyst with 16 years of experience in state government, international development, and philanthropy. I have led state-wide health and equity projects, strategic initiatives for international development NGOs, and managed large-scale surveys across multiple countries while living in several of them (Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Uganda, Gaza). I have also worked at the Gates Foundation, volunteered with Peace Corps and AmeriCorps, guided rivers in California, and been an outdoor guide in the North Cascades for youth recovering from addiction.Dedicated to social justice, I bring expertise in strategy, program monitoring and evaluation, user research, program implementation, and project management.When not at work, I am throwing pottery, running in the mountains, or advocating for climate justice in my community.
