I am the Regional Project Manager for Edge Consulting Engineers, Inc, based in our Lakeville, MN branch office. I have experience in telecommunications engineering and environmental site assessments (Phase I and Phase II). My expertise includes conducting site walks, site design, project management, QA/QC, site inspection, conducting interviews, and completing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments in accordance with ASTM International Standard Practices and EPA “All-Appropriate-Inquiry” requirements.Additionally, I have an understanding of solid/hazardous waste treatment, storm water erosion control practices, wastewater treatment plant design, and geographic information systems from his educational experiences at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.I have supervised telecommunication water tank, rooftop, and tower installations. I am also knowledgeable and experienced in small cell and DAS type projects. I have extensive experience performing site design and management.    My tasks include project management, engineering design, QA/QC, erosion control, and environmental compliance on wireless telecommunications sites in and sound the entire upper Midwest. My focus had been on raw land, collocation, rooftop, water tank, small cell, and DAS system projects. Typical site design and planning included overall site layout, access drive design, storm water and erosion control design, custom antenna mount design, and meeting zoning ordinance requirements (including tower setback). Non typical site designs include retro-fitting cell sites in downtown urban locations (e.g, Milwaukee and Madison, WI), completing basic structural analyses, creating smallcell attachmentdetails formunicipal review, and stealthing client\'s proposed cellular antennas.Additionally, I am tasked with expanding or service area, expanding our existing client relationships, and developing new business relationships in the Upper Midwest.
