About Rick Otis
As senior Vice President and Managing Director of Construction and Surety Services at Amsure, I partner with construction business owners who are transforming the industry one project at a time. I am also a co-founder and co-chair of Reverse Rett Upstate NY, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the research for a cure for Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that affects my son and many others.
