I’m Otis, a proud Michigan native with over 14 years of leadership experience from my time serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. During my military career, I led diverse teams, managed complex challenges, and developed the skills needed to thrive under pressure. Alongside my service, I’ve spent six years as a First-Class Structural Welder, contributing to high-stakes projects like submarine construction.Recently, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree, graduating as a member of the National Honor Society. As I look to the future, I’m excited to transition into a more technical field, where I can apply my leadership skills, hands-on experience, and passion for learning.Outside of work, I’m a husband of nearly 15 years and a proud father of two daughters.
