As the Director Logistics Purchasing for Volvo Group in Americas, I oversee a team of professionals who source and contract logistics service needs for various transport modes and products, with a total spend of over 0.7 billion USD.My core competencies include strategic sourcing, supplier quality management, contract logistics, lean manufacturing, and problem solving. I have a solid technical and commercial background, complemented by a master\'s degree in production engineering and executive education from Harvard Business School. I have also led and contributed to multiple local, regional, and global initiatives and projects that enhanced cross-functional collaboration, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
